Kaiser
invented the springform tin!
With
its expandable clip side and removable base, this heavy gauge non-stick
coated pan is ideal for baking and y releasing cakes. Favourites
include orange & poppy seed, orange syrup cakes, rhubarb &
polenta cake, cheesecakes, It is espeacially useful for any cake
with crumb based crust or crust which is difficult to unmould cleanly
from standard cake tins. The heavy gauge, nearly three times that
of comparable tins, distributes heat evenly cooks quickly.
Springforms
are also available in tin steel, with waffle bases to inhibit sticking.
